James Lee serves as Of Counsel to Kettner Law in both its San Diego and Las Vegas offices and is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California.
For over three decades, James has had extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases, including employment, insurance, lender liability and tort-related matters. His clients have depended on the diligence, skill and expertise which James brings to each and every case he takes on. He is a lawyer of exceptional grit who has overcome notable and tenacious adversaries including Bank of America, Sanwa Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Sierra Health Services and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, to name a few.
Mr. Stephen Mitchell attended the University of San Diego where he graduated with a bachelors degree in business administration. He then graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State. While attending law school at Arizona State Stephen Mitchell received the highest grade in several of his law school classes. Attorney Stephen Mitchell has years of experience in handling Civil cases at all levels. Attorney Stephen Mitchell has taken numerous cases to jury verdict in civil practice throughout multiple jurisdictions. In addition to practicing in California Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice throughout the state of Arizona.
Mr. Mitchell has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over the years as an attorney practicing exclusively in the area of civil practice.

Michael Brosnan has more than 12 years’ experience in the field of operational management, and comes from both a legal and financial background. Michael’s professional career began in the financial sector where he focused on asset placement for insurance and real estate companies. One of his proudest achievements was his work in Latin America, where he spent two years generating revenue for local municipalities.
